Postage & Delivery

If you select to have your items home delivered, all items will be sent through Fastway Couriers and all costs for delivery are to be paid by you at the time your order is being processed. Once you have submitted an order and subject to product availability, please allow 3-5 days for Illawarra, NSW South Coast and Southern Highlands orders, once the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

Independent Home Care Supplies will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged (not arising from a manufacturing default) after the goods have been delivered to your designated location.

Return of Goods

Independent Home Care Supplies are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. However, you are entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if the Goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

A faulty goods claim cannot be made if:

  1. The Goods have been subjected to fair, wear and tear;
  2. Unauthorised modifications or repair of the Goods;
  3. The Goods are damaged as a result of failing to comply with the manufacturer's care and storage instructions, including but not limited to insect damage.
  4. The Goods are second hand, in that you are not the original purchaser of the Goods.

All Things Zen will happily exchange an item if it is returned in the original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.
